Return Conditions and FAQs
How long do I have to return purchased products?
Each brand offered by Matterhorn has a specific maximum return period from the date of invoicing. These conditions vary by brand. To check the maximum return period for a specific product and detailed return conditions, refer to the table below.
How can I declare a product return?
You can contact us at lumawearshop@gmail.com , stating the reason for the return request. We may require multimedia documents to support your claim.
Are there costs associated with returning products?
Yes, in addition to the return fees for a single product listed in the table, any costs for returning the order will be calculated and fully borne by the buyer. For certain brands, the return process is managed by charging a certain percentage of the purchase value. This ensures the return of goods is "insured" and does not incur additional return costs.
How should returned products be packaged?
Products must be grouped by brand and packed in their original, intact packaging. Please include a printed return report dated the day of submission, which will be provided during the process.
What happens after the products are returned?
After receiving the shipment and accepting the products for return, we will modify the purchase invoice. This process will be completed after verifying the condition of the returned products.

Therefore, all the information in this section is determined by the supplier and not by this store, which assumes no responsibility for any issues.
